This is the original rendering done for the Robert Jackman family. The Jama Motel and home project was planned for a site at the corner of Broadway and Jackson in Dunedin, Florida. McDonald’s initial drawings date to 1958. The project was built in 1959.
This is the perspective drawing for the project done closer to the date of construction. As is often the case, the first project drawing is a projection of JRMcD’s imagination and will often catch the client’s full attention. After further discussion the project becomes more practical to the client’s budget and ambition.
